We work on dedicated split systems with an indoor evaporator and a separate condensing unit connected by refrigerant piping. This includes in-room, wall-mounted and ducted evaporator arrangements. We do not service self-contained wine coolers, reach-in refrigerators or appliance-style units.
How much is a wine-cellar service call?

My wine room is warm. Does the system need replacement?
Not necessarily. The cause should be diagnosed first. Equipment condition, the fault, parts availability and installation requirements help determine whether repair or replacement makes sense.
Can you evaluate humidity or condensation concerns?
Yes. We consider operating conditions, airflow, drainage, room construction and moisture entering the space. A cooling-system replacement alone does not guarantee a specific relative humidity.
Do you work on wine cellar condensate pumps and drains?
Yes. We inspect condensate drainage and related components as appropriate to the installation and the reported problem.
Can you evaluate a system another company installed?
Yes. Share the indoor and outdoor model numbers, photos and a description of the concern. We can discuss the service scope and parts availability for the existing split system.
