Can you inspect a wine room system installed by someone else?

Does a warm wine room mean the equipment must be replaced?

Not necessarily. The cause needs to be diagnosed first. Equipment condition, the fault, parts availability and the installation requirements help determine whether repair or replacement is appropriate.

Can the existing refrigerant piping be reused during replacement?

We need to evaluate its size, route, condition and compatibility with the selected equipment. Reuse is determined from the installation findings, not assumed before the equipment is reviewed.
