Lifetime Repair Guarantee
Eligible repairs completed by Vivid Air DFW are covered for as long as the qualifying Vivid Plus+ membership remains active.
Important exclusions: the lifetime repair guarantee does not cover compressors, evaporator coils, condenser coils, heat exchangers, new equipment, or complete system replacements.
Coverage applies according to the written membership and repair terms. The membership must remain active and current. Ask our office about eligibility for a specific repair.

How many maintenance visits are included?
Each enrolled HVAC system receives two seasonal maintenance visits per year.
How much does Vivid Plus+ cost?
The first HVAC system is $14.25 per month. Each additional eligible system in the same home is $12.50 per month.
Does the 10% discount apply to system replacement?
No. The 10% membership discount applies to eligible repairs and does not apply to new equipment or complete HVAC system replacement.
Does the lifetime repair guarantee cover every major component?
No. Compressors, evaporator coils, condenser coils, and heat exchangers are excluded. New equipment and complete system replacements are also excluded.
What happens if I have more than one HVAC system?
You can add eligible systems in the same home for $12.50 per system per month.
