Vivid Air DFW’s one-time residential AC maintenance visit is $129.
What is included in AC maintenance?
We evaluate the condenser, blower and airflow, electrical condition, condensate drainage, cooling performance and other operating conditions appropriate to the system. Refrigeration measurements are taken when system condition or performance indicates they are needed.
Do you offer an HVAC maintenance membership?
Yes. Vivid Plus+ includes two seasonal maintenance visits per year. The first HVAC system is $14.25 per month and each additional eligible system is $12.50 per month.
What happens if you find a repair during maintenance?
We explain what we found and provide the repair price before completing additional work.
